Return And Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will return your orders for some of the listed reason, such as if the order is torn and has an open stitch, or if the item has marks or burns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase also mention the reason of your return in your Email. we will refund your money after receiving our product.

Once we have received and inspected your return your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 10 to 14 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your refund is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 14 business days depending on your payment method.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your particular item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, coupons, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and we have received the product we will issue you a personalized coupon for 70% of the value of the product that you purchased earlier, and then you can make a separate purchase for the new item you want.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please remember can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
